Include in your request

  • Organization and project name.
  • Product and resource ID or hostname.
  • UTC timestamp and request method/path.
  • HTTP status and trace_id from the error response, when available.
  • Expected and observed behavior.
  • Safe reproduction steps and whether the issue affects production.
Never send passwords, API secrets, signed-URL keys, payment details, TOTP codes, recovery codes, or session cookies. Redact Authorization and Aptranet-Secret headers from command output.
